first homemade baby food!

I finally used the food pulverizer thingy-ma-jig to make baby food. From the very start, I scrapped the recipes and just threw stuff together that I thought would be good. So it was eggplant parmesan, shredded cheese, and sweet potato. It came out delicious, and Jo Jo loved it. She ate the whole baby bowl like it was ice cream. I can’t believe how much I loved knowing that she was enjoying her dinner, and that had made it for her!

Here’s the second thing I made. It was potatoes, peas, onions sauteed in butter, and chicken stock.

      1. Oh yes, all the time. She just plays with it though! I’m sure eventually she will want to feed herself, but she seems to prefer me to do it for now. So much for BLW!
