our trip to Dallas

We had a good time, not just at the wedding, but also at playing tourist. Even though I lived there one summer, and went down to see my cousins several times, I have really done very little of what there is to offer. I had been to the JFK museum and to Six Flags, but that’s it. This trip we not only got to visit Texas Discovery Gardens as part of the wedding festivities, but we also checked out the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, ate some delicious Cajun food, visited a fellow blogger and foster mom, and of course ate Whataburger taquitos.

  1. So happy you guys came to visit! Bug saw the pictures the other day and kept asking about “Baby” and trying to say her name. He also sprung a molar early this week, so I’m glad to know he wasn’t being a toot for absolutely no reason. Lol. 🙂
