We have consent back from the state and can proceed to submitting the final petition for adoption! This means that the judge may be able to give us a date on Wednesday! My heart is bursting with joy at the news. I am so ready to make it official: this not my foster daughter, but my TRUE daughter. She has had a forever family from 5 weeks, 5 days old and always will. So let’s put it on paper already!
