Lately, for some reason, I’ve been too busy to blog. For one thing, I normally write at work, but lately my shifts have all been crazy busy. Also, at home there is no WAY I can write on a computer or even my phone, as M is always up into everything I’m doing. My phone has a spiderweb of cracks in the screen… toddler moms, you sympathize.
But we’ve been busy, too, with new fall activities. Lots of apple orchards and cider mills, swimming lessons, music class, hands-on museums, M going to “school”, me going to school… My dad was in town from Tennessee for a week, then we’ve both had colds. I was also catching up on the new season of Orange is the New Black after M fell asleep!
M turned 19 months, and I didn’t do an official monthly update. I guess she has graduated to bi-yearly monthly updates! She is busy, busy, busy. She finally got attached to a teacher at her school, and was more comfortable with me leaving… but that teacher had to leave suddenly after a new diagnosis of cancer. So sad.
I’m dreading the full 6 months of winter ahead of us. After October, things will be ugly up here until most of April has passed us by, so we’re milking the nice-ish weather for as long as we can.
